Types of Searches

  • With a Contingency Search you pay nothing up front. We agree to terms and begin sending you candidates for consideration. Payment is only expected if you hire an FPC of Savannah candidate.

  • With an Engagement Search you pay a nominal fee upfront. This demonstrates your commitment to the search and means we are equally committed to seeing it through. Your search is a priority for us and we will begin sourcing and presenting candidates quickly. Unlike a Retained Search, the remainder of the fee would be owed in a lump sum once a candidate joins your team.

  • With a Retained Search you pay in increments. A portion is due at the onset of the search, with the rest following the presentation and hiring of a candidate. This allows for the placement fee to be broken up and paid over time rather than in one lump sum. The upfront cost demonstrates your commitment and means that we will be equally committed to you. Your Retained Search becomes a top priority for us. Your recruiter will immediately begin sourcing, qualifying, and presenting candidates.
